Our signature wine is crafted from Estate Grown Acampo vines. You will find this 100% Cabernet very approachable, with a great balance between fruit and oak. Aged in American and French oak barrels for 20 months, this wine is very dark in color and has aromas of blackberry and dark cherry with a hint of black pepper.  Century Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon received multiple international gold medals over our first 4 years of judging.
